Water Damage in Huletts Landing, NY

A homeowner from Huletts Landing, NY called after he had arrived at his second home to find the entire home was affected by water. We ended up finding that the water line to the refrigerator had burst, and ended up running about 10 days before it was found. In the before photo you can see the water had saturated the sub floor beneath the pergo flooring throughout the entire kitchen/ living area. The pergo floor needed to be removed to dry the sub floor properly, and the lower cabinets were warping so they were also removed. After this we placed the proper dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the structure. After the structure was dry it was ready for the contractors to come in and do rebuild.
